Personally I do not like the black, it is not inviting at all. You need to study colours and identify what will attract people to your site and stay instead of having them leave it.
Also the same with your current design, the login section on the top right does not line up in chrome - not sure about other browsers as I have not tested it
Use Browsemall - http://www.browseemall.com/
- to test your site in multiple browsers and operating systems.
The splash (flash) area should be better used to promote your services and offerings, most people looking for hosting initially do not care about your data centres, they will later but not initially. If they are on a smaller screen resolution they will need to scroll down to see the great prices you have available, that should be one of the first things they see.
The headings of the four vertical areas will mean very little to many people that host their basic sites, Cpanel, WHM VPS and Software - while they mean something for me, others might be thinking - "yes but where is the hosting section?". This also applies to your sites menu as well.
Think about 'what is your core business? What is the focus of your business? What are the best sellers of your business? Where is the future of your business? What direction do you want to take your business to? Use that info to build your sites attraction, functions, navigation and visual appeal.
I assume you have a Business Plan (if not you need one), your web site should reflect your Business Plans goals.
Sorry my feedback is not all positive, but that is what I see with your existing and new draft site.
